Description
Product Introduction
Platform steel grating, also known as "hot-dip galvanized steel grating platform", is a widely used steel grating product. This type of steel grating is widely used in various industrial fields and has strong resistance to surface impact. Especially, steel grating with a horizontal bar spacing of 50mm has strong resistance to lateral impact.
Product Features】
1. Additional welding of kick plates (edge guards), patterned plate protectors, and installation of connectors and other accessories can be added around the perimeter.
2. Use flat steel with different specifications than the load flat steel for edge wrapping, or use angle steel, channel steel, square tube, etc. for edge wrapping.
3. Handle and hinge can be installed on platform steel grating that needs to be moved or opened frequently.
4. The standard for edge welding of platform steel grating is: Series 1, weld one every five; Series 2 welds one every four; Series 3 has one weld every three. The weld seam is a single-sided fillet weld of no less than 3mm, with a weld seam length of 20mm.
Product Application】
Platform steel grating has a wide range of applications, and can be selected for various platforms in general factories, workshops, mining, ports, and warehouse construction. It is beautiful and stylish, easy to install, and is a new generation of building products.
Additional welding of kick plates (edge guards), patterned plate protectors, and installation of connectors and other accessories can be added around the perimeter.
Flat steel with different specifications can be used for edge wrapping, or angle steel, channel steel, square tube, etc. can be used for edge wrapping; Handle and hinge can also be installed on steel grating that needs to be moved or opened frequently.
Product Specifications
1. The steel grating with a flat steel spacing of 30mm is a widely used variety in the industrial field. In the commonly used series of steel grating, it has strong resistance to surface impact.
2. The steel grating with a flat steel spacing of 40mm is an economical and lightweight variety. In situations with small spans, it is an ideal choice.
3. The steel grating with a flat steel spacing of 60mm and a horizontal bar spacing of 50mm is a variety specially developed for the application of the mining industry. It solves the problem of mineral splashing on the board surface and is often designated for use in processing plants, transfer stations, and crushing systems in the mining industry.
Steel Grating Material
1. Flat steel and crossbars are both manufactured using Q235 of GB/T700. According to the agreement between the supply and demand parties, other materials can also be used for manufacturing.
2. Flat steel adopts hot-rolled flat steel or hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strips that have been longitudinally cut.
3. The allowable deviation of flat steel dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 YB/T4001.1-2007.
4. Toothed flat steel adopts hot-rolled flat steel or hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strips that have undergone longitudinal cutting and punching. The tooth size should not be less than 5 teeth per 100mm.
5. The cross-sectional dimensions and moment of inertia of I-shaped flat steel.
Surface Treatment
Divided into: hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing (electrogalvanizing), spray painting, and black sheet (untreated); Hot dip galvanizing is commonly used, and after treatment, it can prevent rust and corrosion, with a service life of up to 40-50 years.
